Service management is an add-on for businesses that take items in for service or repair. Every order gets a clear status flow — incoming → in progress → ready → picked up — so nothing falls between the cracks.

The customer receives automatic SMS notifications as the status updates. You log working time and materials directly on the order and create a ready-to-send invoice in one click. Everything syncs with the POS and bookkeeping.
