Can customers book appointments themselves online?
Yes — Flopay gives you a booking page that customers can use 24/7. Times, treatments and stylists sync directly with the POS system.
How are cancellations and no-shows handled?
You set your own rules — how long before an appointment cancellation is free, whether a credit card is required at booking, and fees for no-shows. All automated.
Can the system handle multiple stylists at once?
Absolutely. Each stylist has their own schedule, customer list and commissions. You can see the whole salon at a glance or filter by individual.
How is commission calculated?
You set rules per treatment and product — fixed amount, percentage or tiered. The system calculates automatically and you get a finished report each month.
Does it work offline?
For short network outages the payment terminal can still complete card payments and sync them automatically once the connection is back. Full POS functionality requires internet.
What does it cost?
We offer flexible monthly contracts tailored to the number of stylists and features. No setup fees, no lock-in. Get in touch for a quote.
Is online booking part of the POS?
The booking system is an add-on service from SEK 299/mo on top of the POS. Once it's enabled, bookings, customer records and payments sync seamlessly with the POS flow. Staff commissions and product inventory, on the other hand, are core features of Flopay Hub and included in the POS contract.
