How are large pre-orders handled?
Pre-orders land in a production list sorted by delivery date. The kitchen sees exactly what to prepare, when to deliver it and any special requirements. Changes and cancellations go straight into the same flow.
Does it work with invoicing for corporate clients?
Yes — you save corporate clients with company registration number, billing address and reference. Invoices are created directly from the order and sent via the integration with Fortnox, Visma or Björn Lundén.
Can customers order online themselves?
Yes — with the online ordering add-on, corporate clients can log in, see previous orders and place new pre-orders directly. Orders land in the same production list as the manually entered ones.
What happens if the internet goes down?
For short outages the payment terminal can still complete card payments and sync them automatically once the connection is back. Full POS functionality requires internet.
