Things others tend to wonder about

Does it work for my type of workshop?
Flopay is used by bike shops, cobblers, auto workshops, watchmakers and everyone else who takes in items for service. You customise fields, status flows and receipt templates to fit your business.
How do customer notifications work?
When you mark an order as 'done', the customer is automatically sent an SMS or email with pickup info. You can customise the text and language.
Can I see the history of a specific item?
Yes — every item (bike, shoe, car, watch...) gets its own card with a complete service history. You see exactly what was done, by whom and when.
How are spare parts and inventory handled?
Spare parts and consumables exist as items with stock levels. Add them to an order and inventory updates automatically and the customer is billed correctly.
Does it work offline?
For short outages the payment terminal can still complete card payments and sync them automatically once the connection is back. Full POS functionality requires internet.
What does it cost?
We offer flexible monthly contracts tailored to the number of users and features. No setup fees, no lock-in. Get in touch for a quote.
Is the service order flow part of the POS?
The full service order module — status flow, customer history per item, SMS notifications, time tracking and direct invoicing from orders — is an add-on service from SEK 299/mo on top of the POS. Spare parts and inventory are core features of Flopay Hub and are included in the POS contract.
